“General” Larry Parman Reveals
The 8 Deadly Mistakes That Destroy Your
Estate Plan & The Battle Plan to Defeat Them

As you may recall, I founded this Firm because I lost my father when he was 57 in a farm accident. Since my parents had been “too busy to complete their estate plan,” my mother and I battled with the government and struggled to pull our family through a painful, lengthy, public probate.

As a result of this awful experience, I promised myself that if I ever ran my own business, I would help families avoid the same perils of probate. And that commitment extends to ensuring that you, as a client, don’t fall victim to the 8 Deadly Mistakes that destroy your Estate Plan you
worked so hard to set up.

We are dedicated to ensuring your Estate Plan continues to work long after it was first created by keeping them updated according to the most recent law changes and personal and family changes that may occur. But, we cannot do this without YOUR help.

Sadly, with each passing year, despite our best efforts, we find that many clients have fallen victim to the 8 Deadly Mistakes.

As an example, one of the Deadly Mistakes is when we meet with with families after someone has passed away or has become disabled only to find that a portion of the family’s assets were not transferred into their Estate Plan.  When this occurs, frequently the assets not held in the Trust must go through the expensive, public, frustrating and time-consuming probate process.

What makes this mistake even worse is when successor trustees or beneficiaries have passed away, or new family dynamics have not been taken in to account.

As a result of our commitment to you and your loved ones to keep you informed about changes that may be necessary in your existing Estate Plan, I will present a special NEW free Client Education Boot Camp entitled, “The 8 Deadly Mistakes That Destroy Your Estate Plan and The Battle Plan to Defeat Them.”

Don’t forget to invite your children, parents, grandparents, family members, successor trustees and friends. When you “enlist,” let us know how many friends and family will be joining you!
